when i enter the game i got some weird skin textures, bug?

Bug, yes, but I think that it's in the graphics driver and, as such, beyond our control; though adjusting settings may make it disappear. (I saw something a bit like that, affecting some mipmapped textures, in Mesa ₉ months ago.)
