Sweet!

  1. The four spacers around the glowing core should get some more surface detail/color.

  2. The glow map itself should not include the bleed/bloom of light (just like with the telenode – the engine will do this for us), so the lines should be more clearly defined.

  3. A third base color might be nice for some more details on the body (for example on the bent sheet of metal that is bolted onto the main body, that element next to it that is shaped like a divining rod or on parts of the spacers I mentioned before).

Awesome! I'd add a bit of dirt and few scratches and call it finished :) Nice work!

This is seriously coming out great. I think I prefer the second lighting more.

Good improvment! I still feel the four spacers around the core are lacking some sort of surface detail, apart from that I think we're pretty much done here.

Maybe we'll get it into this release too. All we'd need to do is just apply a basic rotation animation.

No, it can't rotate. The reactor does and so will the repeater, the drill needs to stay visually distinct. I guess it will just have a pulsating light.

Even easier! No rotation, just a shader effect to make it pulse.

By the way Warvinc, if you manage to finish it over the next few days, we can include the model in the coming release. If not, don't worry, it'll be in the following one.

What about that?little bit more dirt add on the ''feet'',dark part added.

(there's no emissive map in this render, marmoset is giving me a hard time to put it but it's like the picture I've posted before.)
