This is where the training server, or at least the training branch, could be useful – and could be developed somewhat.

Debian and Ubuntu packages (squeeze, wheezy, sid; 12.04, 12.10, 13.04) may work on derivatives

The training server will help develop gameplay skills. Where to shoot from, improve aim, best way to take down bases, but it doesn't build teamwork tactics, which in competitive environments, are far more important.
